A Boat Dock Visitor in Hampstead, NC

Hampstead, NC is an unincorporated community in Pender County, located between Wilmington and Jacksonville on US17. It is known as “The Seafood Capital of the Carolinas.”

Once a small fishing village and whistle stop along the Atlantic Coast Line Rail Road, it is now one of the fastest growing areas of the state. More and more folks are choosing to live here, to enjoy the mild climate and the quieter lifestyle that our gracious Southern coastal area offers.

  1. It does sound like a wonderful place to live. Expensive too, if those boats are any indication!

    Wonderful capture!

  2. I like your blog though for an old guy it takes some thought to get here from back there. I also like your photography.

  3. I love our coastal area 🙂
