This is a photo of Lockwood Folly Country Club, in Supply, NC. Built upon a former hunting preserve, the golf course and community borders the Lockwood Folly River, the Intra-Coastal Waterway and is so close to the Atlantic Ocean that the roar of the surf is heard. The afternoon shadows make this a tranquil spot.
Shadow Shot Sunday is a cool idea for a meme that has folks posting photos of shadows, and then linking back to Hey Harriet’s blog so everyone can visit each others pictures. (And leave comments -it’s the polite thing to do!)

Slashing through the copse,
sunlight makes a valiant stand
against sharp shadows.

Beautiful place for a walk.
Looks not cold where your are. Drooling with the sunlight too.
Oh! missing it a lot. But looking at your shot makes me think positive and to look forward in 2 months.
Spring is on the way (keep your fingers x).
Have a blissful day.
